I am a therapist working in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I specialize in helping individuals heal from disordered eating, negative body image, trauma, and grief and loss. I work from a Health At Every Size paradigm, helping individuals heal their relationships with food and with their bodies, and move toward living an authentic, full, and free life. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014.
