Hi! My name is Liana (rhymes with banana) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I focus on helping people feel more at home and in tune with their bodies. Our culture's hyper-obsession with small bodies has made it challenging to feel safe and part of a community when you don't fit the thin ideal. My work focuses on a combination of reestablishing safety while teaching Intuitive Eating skills. I take insurance (BCBS, Aetna and United). I see clients both in person and virtually.
