Please check it out. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and encourage the non-diet approach to nutritional therapy. I am an Affiliate of the Ellyn Satter Institute and strongly promote the Division of Responsibility for caregivers. I believe strongly in the 12 steps program as a therapeutic model to help individuals with eating disorders.
