I’m a licensed psychologist in California providing psychotherapy to clients all over the state of California. I also provide Intuitive Eating coaching and consultation services to clients located anywhere in the world. As a person of size, I am especially sensitive to the concerns of clients struggling to adopt Intuitive Eating principles while coping with systemic and other forms of discrimination. I am a fat-positive, HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned provider who is affirming of people of all body sizes. I welcome all forms of diversity into my practice, and especially welcome LGBTQ clients who are struggling with body image and/or eating concerns.
