My group practice currently offers 2 different IE Groups virtually- 1 specifically for Athletes and 1 for everyone and anyone who is feeling stuck and sick of diet culture! I am Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in San Diego and Founder of SD Nutrition Group. For the entire 14 years I have been in the field, I have used an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size framework for helping people with their eating and body struggles. As a sports nutrition and eating disorder expert, I have successfully integrated the IE Principles and philosophy at all levels of care and application. I am passionate about helping people break free of diet culture!
