Tessa integrates the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size with her functional medicine background to provide nutrition support for mental health, GI issues, eating disorders, disordered eating and hormone imbalances and will also guide clients through the Intuitive Eating workbook. Tessa provides one-on-one nutrition consultations via telehealth for people in eligible states like Colorado, Utah and California. She is also licensed to work with clients in Illinois, Maryland and soon to be Delaware. She is also certified in Heartmath and the Safe and Sound Protocol by Stephen Porges.
