My name is Tammy Arendse, I am a certified intuitive eating health coach. I have lived a very conventional lifestyle until circumstances forced me to switch gears. After my divorce, I moved abroad to teach English and turbo-charged on my self-love journey. I became confident with my food choices and body image through an intuitive eating lifestyle- I changed the narrative. I am now on a mission to help women, moms and wives experience food and body freedom by having a healthy neutral relationship with food. As a previous cake business owner and someone with a big sweet tooth, it should be no surprise that I have a “ baked treat” every morning for breakfast- unapologetically.
