I have been studying health and wellness for over 20 years. I have a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Utah State University. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah and am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I trained under the Nordblom Institute of Footzonology® and completed the course of study in 2003. I am also trained as an intuitive craniosacral therapist. I love helping people become more in tune with their own intuition in mind, spirit, and body.
