Samantha Conboy, CCH, M.A., is a Board-Certified Classical Homeopath (2012) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (2023) who has been helping clients for many years regain balance in their health. She is passionate about helping those who struggle with eating issues find peace and serenity with food and their bodies. Samantha co-leads Intuitive Eating and Mindful Self-Care workshops throughout San Diego and online, guiding individuals toward a more compassionate relationship with themselves and their bodies. She also facilitates 12-week Intuitive Eating Workbook Studies, where participants explore each principle through reflection, discussion, and supportive community practice. Having been in recovery from an eating disorder since 1990, Samantha understands firsthand the ups and downs of healing. She believes in a collaborative approach, offering natural remedies alongside therapy and nutritional guidance from other professionals. She is also familiar with the family dynamics that accompany eating disorders and is dedicated to supporting the health of the entire family system.
