I was formerly a chronic dieter and I have personally done the work to quit diets and embrace IE. I have been so inspired (set free!) by this work that I want to help others along their journey. I am also a mom who understands the value of raising my children to celebrate their bodies for all the amazing things they can do, not how much space they take up. I understand that diet culture goes hand in hand with systemic racism and oppression culture, and I am working to learn more about dismantling systems of oppression.
