Grew up on a small farm in Wisconsin. Gardened with my dad and was lucky to learn to love and eat nutritious foods. Besides being a nutrition counselor and Intuitive Eating Pro, I am on the board of a non-profit, The Food Literacy Project, whose goal is to empower young people on food, farming and the land. Am happiest when in nature, and try to live sustainably.
