I am the founder of Nico Nutrition Inc., an Alberta based private practice where I help clients move away from the stress of diet culture and toward a life of authentic health. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I combine my clinical expertise in women’s health with a weight-inclusive, compassionate approach to nutrition. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to make food decisions with confidence, ease, and joy. I view myself as a "foodie first," a passion born at my childhood kitchen table and nurtured in my own garden. This love for the culinary arts deeply informs my work, helping clients rediscover the satisfaction factor in eating while learning to tune into their body’s unique cues. Based in Edmonton, I offer individual counseling locally and virtually across Alberta. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to tune into their bodies, respect their bodies, and develop a lifelong practice of gentle, sustainable nourishment.
