As a Non-Diet Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Yoga Teacher, I help people foster a healthy relationship with food, mind and body. I am passionate about freeing people from restrictive rules around food and eating so that they can live full, enjoyable and fulfilling lives. I believe that all the answers lay within; sometimes we just need a little help unlocking them. As I am currently studying for a HDip in Counselling and Psychotherapy, my work is heavily focused on the why behind the what and on creating a safe therapeutic space. I am based in Ireland, in Co. Dublin and Co. Carlow but support clients worldwide via video call.
