** Offering virtual 1:1 and GROUP work **I always knew I wanted to work in a capacity that helps people. Studying Psychology, followed by Nutrition, felt like a great balance, but it wasn't until I found Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size that things really came full circle. I live in Denver, Colorado and work in my private practice, Benevolent Bodies. I provide nutrition therapy for women (LGBTQ+) looking to find peace with food and their bodies. I do this in a 1:1 capacity, accepting Aetna, United and Cigna for Colorado residents, and do self-pay for out of state. I see all of my clients virtually at this time due to COVID-19 pandemic. If you are looking for more group work. I am currently working on an Empowered Eating Program that intersects Intuitive Eating with Cooking Demos, Recipes, and Dinner Party-style virtual meetings.
