I have been pursuing authenticity in life and work since the very beginning. It's no wonder that this quest led me to Intuitive Eating. Having started off in Medical School, I quickly intuited that there was more to health than healthcare could offer and I made some hard decisions. I followed my instincts to indulge my interests and studied ancient history, classics, and archaeology, with a focus on food and diet in ancient times. Eventually, I remarried my divergent fields of study by becoming a dietitian. But as always, something was missing in the scope of authentic care and service I could provide. That something turned out to be Intuitive Eating. Now, as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor I feel I am ever closer to providing the sort of holistic, authentic service that actually helps people transform their lives. We start with Intuitive Eating, but really, this is a gateway to intuitive everything.
