I have a Master of Science in Nutrition (MS) and have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 2021. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC). I am licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington, but can also legally see clients in the states listed above. My own lived experience with disordered eating, paired with my clinical involvement working in intensive eating disorder programming allows me to provide compassionate and highly individualized care. My approach to treating eating disorders and disordered eating incorporates therapeutic CBT and DBT skills, food exposures and habituation, and encourages challenging food rules, rituals and judgements. I have a particular interest in the application of mindfulness and body-centered, somatic approaches to the nutritional treatment of eating disorders, while working to rebuild trust with body cues.
