I work through the Intuitive Eating book and workbook with my clients to guide the treatment process along with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy informed approach. Intuitive Eating has greatly impacted my personal life and brought profound healing. I have found a deep passion for helping others find peace and freedom with food and their bodies.
