Makayla Mullins

Makayla is an empathetic, judgement-free dietitian who builds strong relationships with her clients. She has extensive knowledge on anti-diet nutrition counseling through both outpatient work and at a residential eating disorder facility. She has experienced first-hand how dieting destroys our relationship with food and decreases the quality of life. She believes that health can exist at any size and does not take a weight centric approach when counseling. Instead, she helps you trust your body and appreciate all of the wonderful things it does for you, while providing gentle nutrition and joyful movement. Her mission is to help those with chronic diseases, eating disorders, or those who are just interested in general wellbeing build a better relationship with food and body. Makayla studied dietetics at Bowling Green State University and has since worked with people from the ages of 1 year old to 99 years old of all genders, ethnicities, and sizes. When she isn't providing nutrition guidance to her clients, she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children, coming up with fun recipes, and having family game nights.
