I'm Madeleine French, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) living in Salt Lake City, UT. I have a Bachelors of Science from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Science from the University of Utah. I love cooking and exploring new restaurants. I'm currently an instructor at the University of Utah within the Department of Nutrition and Integrative Physiology. As part of my work with the UofU Center for Community Nutrition, I teach free community nutrition classes all around the Salt Lake Valley.
