Leah Porche

I am an early intervention and private practice dietitian. I have a few unique lenses that inform my practice; I live in a small fat body in south Louisiana, I am a 200-hour trained yoga instructor, I have a daughter with Down syndrome and autism, and I also have a personal history of food and body relationship struggles. My hope is to help people find a better relationship with their food and body, and by extension themselves. Some other random things about me are, I love to read, cook, bake, and write. I try to meditate daily and I absolutely love coffee.
