After several years of giving out diets, I was blessed to discover the Intuitive Eating approach early in my career. I had always known that the moments that I most enjoyed in nutrition counseling were the moments that I connected with my clients on a deeper level beyond food. The Intuitive Eating approach has allowed me to support my clients with a solid foundation in all aspects of health. As they focus on changing perspective and focus on living a full life, they find freedom and joy they never thought possible.
