Through my lived experience struggling with my own body image and relationship with food, I found healing in the Intuitive Eating philosophy. I am passionate about helping others make peace with food and finding movement they enjoy. I believe that acknowledging the variance between societal expectations and what we truly desire is the first step to move forward in being our most authentic self. I foster a collaborative relationship in hopes of helping clients build confidence, realize their capabilities, and find joy in the journey.
