Kendall has experience working with women struggling with anxiety, healthy eating, body-image, and relationship concerns. She has additional training with substance dependence, such as reducing marijuana use, alcohol consumption, nicotine use, or other recreational drugs. Kendall is also a certified Intuitive Eating counselor and uses this approach with clients struggling with diet culture, body image concerns, and disordered eating. Kendall uses a multifaceted approach to counseling pulling from CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic theories. Kendall has a non-judgmental and empathetic demeanor that helps foster meaningful and open relationships with her clients. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and her master’s from Long Island University.
