Kelsey Peterson

Restore Family Therapy is a private practice dedicated to the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. If food, body image or movement is causing worry and chaos in your or a family member’s life, we are here to help. Kelsey became interested in nutrition after being diagnosed with several nutrition-related health conditions of her own. In her first year as a dietitian, Kelsey became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and received direct mentorship from Evelyn Tribole (author of Intuitive Eating). Kelsey is passionate about working with clients struggling with disordered eating. She is daily amazed by her client’s courage to pursue health and freedom around food and bodies. Kelsey customizes her treatment plans based on client’s needs and her expertise in the modalities of ERP, Family Inclusive Therapy, DBT inspired dietary interventions, and body image therapy. Kelsey combines her empathetic nature, love of food, and educational background in nutrition to provide a client-centered approach to counseling. Through compassionate accountability, Kelsey enables clients to feel confident and empowered in their capacity to nourish their mind and souls.
