Hello! I'm Kelsey, a Registered Dietitian on a mission to get women off of the struggle bus of dieting and onto the path of food freedom! I offer compassionate, client-centered, Health At Every Size aligned virtual nutrition coaching. I use medical nutrition therapy alongside Intuitive Eating to assist chronic dieters, individuals with conditions such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, food allergies, and disordered eating.
