Katy is a food and behavior change expert with over 15 years of experience in mindful eating, digestive health, anti-inflammatory and culinary nutrition. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and treats with a ‘Health At Every Size’ approach. She helps her patients find their own path to a healthy, sustainable, and enjoyable relationship with food, movement and body and achieve this in balance with an already “full” life. Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling, walking, jogging, experimenting in the kitchen and and eating gelato. She is a mom of 2 little kiddos.
