Katy Gaston

My name is Katy and I have a virtual private practice based in San Francisco, CA. I work with those with eating disorders and disordered eating as I think it is sometimes hard to distinguish between the two, but sometimes you just know something is "off" about your relationship with food and body. I use the intuitive eating principles to help people heal their relationships and mindsets around food and body through compassion and curiosity! I love incorporating art and creativity as I think this process will be challenging, but can have some play and joy along the way.
