Katie sees individuals 18 and up. She works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions and other concerns. Katie is trained in multiple therapy modalities including ACT, CBT, and DBT, and has advanced training in treating perinatal mental health disorders. Katie has a special interest in supporting women through life transitions of all kinds. Katie graduated with her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa with honors. She has worked in the mental health field for 6 years after transitioning from a career in the arts. Her goal is to make authentic connections with clients and to help all people thrive.
