Hi, I'm Katelyn — a Registered Dietitian with about a decade of experience in eating disorder care. I work with adults navigating eating disorders, ADHD, autism, and chronic conditions like POTS, dysautonomia, and EDS, using an intuitive eating, weight-inclusive approach that starts from where your body and brain actually are, not where a diet plan assumes they should be. A lot of what I do goes beyond "what to eat" — executive functioning support, kitchen accessibility, meal planning that survives a low-spoons week. When "just be more disciplined," doesn’t work, you deserve a dietitian who gets that. Outside of sessions, I'm usually reading, thrifting, or in the middle of a DIY project I probably didn't need to start.
