Embracing an alternative path of intuitive eating, self-love, and acceptance, I discovered the freedom to truly live my life. Drawing from my background in nutrition, public health, and intuitive eating, coupled with my personal passion for self-discovery, I am dedicated to assisting individuals in healing their relationships with their body, food, and exercise.
