Julia is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Educator, Speaker, Support Group Facilitator, and Joyful Movement Coach. She studied Nutrition and Psychology at the University of New Mexico, is trained as an official Body Project Facilitator through NEDA affiliates, and is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer. Julia is passionate about disordered eating awareness, prevention, and treatment, and supporting people as they heal their relationships with food and their bodies. Julia also coaches aerial silks and enjoys rock climbing.
