I’m a narrative therapist, developmental coach and refugee rights advocate based in Melbourne. My interest in intuitive eating came out of a period of burnout. I had got a lot out of yoga and meditation and was introduced to a metabolic balancing program which helped me lose weight but was too rigid to be sustainable. I heard Evelyn’s interview with Dan Harris and something clicked … and here I am! I’m very much looking forward to being part of this community.
