Jennifer Lamaj

Jenn Lamaj is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services to adults residing in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and South Carolina. As a born and raised New Yorker, who identifies as bi-racial/multicultural (Eastern European and Spanish), Jenn has had exposure to a wide variety of persons and lifestyles, which has informed her practice and how to "meet people where they're at". Jenn is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a HAES (Health at Every Size) approach. Having worked several years for a prestigious addiction treatment agency, her experience is not only substance use and recovery but also in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexuality, eating disorders/problematic eating, relationship strain, boundaries, and communication issues. Jenn uses a variety of evidence-based interventions including motivational interviewing, cognitive, behavioral, and relational based therapies, Intuitive Eating, etc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and Master’s degree from Columbia University.
