I believe that food is one of the great pleasures in life. It not only nourishes us, but provides fun, satisfaction, connection, and sometimes a way to cope. Through many years of experience as a dietitian, I have learned that there is good to be found in and through food and when one is adequately nourished he or she can live a fuller life. I love to help people find peace with and pleasure in food and move away from diets and diet culture to be happier and healthier.
