Jaclyn Leocata

Jaclyn is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 10 years of experience specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. She has experience working in the treatment of eating disorders in Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization settings. Jaclyn practices a non-diet and weight inclusive approach to nutrition. Her ultimate goal is to help clients to develop healthier relationships with food, movement, and their bodies. She is currently in the process of obtaining her CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) credentials through The International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals Foundation. Jaclyn attended LIU where she earned her Bachelors degree, Master's degree, and completed her Dietetic Internship. She has extensive experience in the field of nutrition including clinical nutrition (chief clinical dietitian roles in long term care facilities) and food service in clinical settings. Jaclyn is a consultant for Eating Disorder Associates and also practices virtually within the state of NY. ​ In Jaclyn’s free time, you can find her spending quality time with her two children and husband exploring Long Island.
