Clients inevitably end up talking about their eating behaviours, usually in regards to managing their emotions, following rules that don't work for them, body image, self-esteem. These themes, the need for interoceptive awareness and reconnecting to our bodies, are closely linked to avoiding or healing from burnout. I work in person and online, in English or in French.
