I've been a dietitian nutritionist since 1998 and wish that I'd embraced Intuitive Eating early on. I'm committed to unlearning at deeper levels from the toxic diet culture that we live in. I'm Chinese American and am raising my biracial children with the benefits of this practice. I enjoy cooking, eating, gardening, traveling kid-free and rock climbing.
