As a trained counselor in Intuitive Eating and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, I am passionate about helping people develop a healthy and compassionate relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Diets and restrictive eating habits create so much harm, and my goal is to support my clients in leaving diet culture behind and embracing body positivity and self-appreciation.
