Nachdem ich selbst fast mein ganzes Leben unter gestörtem Essverhalten litt, genieße ich jetzt Freiheit im Umgang mit dem Essen und Frieden mit meinem Körper. Dies geschieht ausschließlich online und derzeit hauptsächlich in Gruppenprogrammen. I'm a registered nurse and nutrition counselor who struggled with disordered eating for most of my life. Now that I have found freedom with food and peace with my body, it is my mission to help women experience the same incredible upgrade in their quality of life. I help women get to the point where eating is no longer a topic in their life so they are finally free to pursue their passions and focus on what really matters to them. I work exclusively online and mainly through group programs.
