Hannah Allen

Hannah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She has lived in Ellensburg since graduating from CWU with a BS in Exercise Science in 2013. After graduation, Hannah worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer for several years. Working in the fitness industry left her hungry for a more joyful, holistic approach to nutrition, fitness, and health. This prompted her return to CWU to complete a Masters of Science in Nutrition, followed by a Dietetic Internship. As a Registered Dietitian, Hannah approaches nutrition from a weight-neutral perspective, with a focus on building sustainable, enjoyable, health-promoting habits rather than a number on the scale. By teaching you the accurate nutrition information you need and then helping you act on that knowledge consistently, Hannah can help you address health concerns from blood sugar management and selective eating in children, to improving heart health or your relationship with food.
