Haleigh Sanders is a Registered Dietitian & Licensed Nutritionist and owner of Sanders Nutrition, LLC, a nutrition counseling practice based out of Tallahassee, FL. She is a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) aligned provider offering medical nutrition therapy services for those struggling with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and eating disorders. She has over 5 years of experience working with eating disorder clients aged 13+ throughout the residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. She is committed to receiving regular supervision to ensure that she is able to provide the utmost care as well as continuing education through her memberships with the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians & Professionals (EDRDPRO). Haleigh is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. All services are virtual at this time. When she is not working to fight the big fight against diet culture, you can find Haleigh spending time with her daughter and husband, playing with her beloved dog Gracie, watching college football (Go Noles!), and/or dancing in her kitchen while listening to Taylor Swift.
