I am a Jungian analylist-in-training at ISAP Zürich. Jungian analysis dives deeply into our unconscious motivations and helps to reveal blocks to trusting our own internal wisdom. This type of depth psychology can be very helpful as we learn to make peace with food and our bodies. I have a background in yoga therapy, somatic education, meditation, and intuitive art making. Analysis with me may include practices to assist in strengthening interoceptive awareness and/or intuitive art making.
