Erin Starkey Shamieh

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping people thrive in their everyday life by cultivating a healthy relationship with their mind, body, and food. Having been on my own journey with my body and food I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. As a result of this journey and the success I found through those who helped me, I have dedicated my career of over 20 years to developing and providing holistic health services.  I have worked in various settings in Chicago and throughout the Pacific Northwest. As a Black, biracial practitioner and athlete I take a unique interest in working with these populations and often work with high achieving professionals and leaders. In my free time I enjoy doing triathlons, reading, traveling, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
