Emmy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of the Madison-based nutrition therapy practice, Real Good Nutrition. As a patient-turned-provider, Emmy is passionate about supporting her clients’ health and relationship with food with personalized, evidence-based approaches. Her work is based on a Health At Every Size (HAES) foundation and believes all bodies are worthy of dignity and respect. Emmy trained in clinical nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic and specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy (especially in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders and eating disorders) and Intuitive Eating for disordered eating, body image issues, and chronci dieting. Emmy is a fan of gluten-free treats, cats, and seeing how many plants she can fit in her home.
