Emma Polette

Emma Polette ditched her stressful corporate career in 2012 to become a health coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher. She is currently challenging herself to practice yoga 365 days in a row. Her goal is to show women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels that yoga (and its benefits) is possible for them too. When Emma’s not practicing or studying yoga she is working at her local library or taking her dog, Barney, to one of the stunning beaches in her hometown, Albany Western Australia.
