I was a serial-dieter and emotional eater who hated my body—until I figured out that I was using food to cope with my emotions. As a Cert. Intuitive Eating and Life Coach I bring a mind-body approach to my work as your guide in transforming your relationship with food and your body. My own journey of self-exploration was nothing short of life changing and led me to this work. Dieting, self hating, self doubt, and hiding from life are the effects of an unhealthy culture that looks for solutions in the wrong places (weight/body size is the problem). It is my privilege to share this work—helping women find joy in eating, their bodies, and life, again. I do offer a sliding scale as available.
