During my college years at Utah State University, a professor introduced us to Intuitive Eating. The principles I learned changed my life. I became much more confident in my body and in my eating. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I have enjoyed the great privilege of helping others to similarly improve their relationship with food and their bodies.
