I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living in Valencia County, New Mexico. When not taking care of my famiy, I provide telehealth services privately (self-pay) and through the website Teladoc (insurance). This means that I can coach anyone in the world, regardless of location. I can also provide medical nutrition therapy to anyone living in New Mexico, Oregon, Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, or Virginia. During my college years at Utah State University, a professor introduced us to Intuitive Eating. The principles I learned changed my life. I became much more confident in my body and in my eating. My eating became more balanced and enjoyable and my body became more stable. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I hope to share those positive changes with many others.
