I am 3rd generation Las Vegan, and I own 2 rambunctious pups, Chip & Kota. My twin sister and I own a private practice together and hope to empower you to stop worrying about food and start living your life. Prior to becoming dietitians, we grew up in the cheer and dance world. Appearance and body size were constantly a focal point—we witnessed food restriction, body comparison, and harmful fad diets. We understand what it's like to not trust your own body and to be constantly worried about food. I’m most passionate about creating a safe, warm space for you to share your story even if it is very different from mine.
