My name is Cooper Klein and I'm based out of the Los Angeles area. I am extremely passionate about mental health, especially in the fields of neuroscience, eating disorders, depression, and body image. I have struggled with disordered eating in the past and found Intuitive Eating during my recovery process. Intuitive Eating positively shaped my relationship with food and my body in the best ways possible. I am the youngest Certified Intuitive Eating Lay Facilitator in the world and am excited to educate others!
