Christina Arceri, ADHD-CCSP, CIEC. Founder of Weave The Path. I am a late-diagnosed ADHDer, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) dedicated to the intersection of neurodivergence and body sovereignty. I founded Weave The Path to provide a specialized sanctuary for those weary of the cycles of chronic dieting and the systemic pressure to shrink. With over a decade of clinical experience, I recognize that traditional Intuitive Eating and recovery models often fail to account for the unique sensory and executive functioning needs of neurodivergent brains. My work is dedicated to shifting these frameworks to honor your actual capacity rather than your societal output. Operating from a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) lens for over ten years, I provide a safe harbor for individuals of all sizes, navigating a culture of medical fatphobia. My approach is depth-oriented and relational; I move away from the "blank slate" model to show up as a real human in the room. Whether we are unmasking the "you" traded for safety or dismantling internalized diet culture, our work is rooted in your right to take up space exactly as you are. Beyond our sessions, I am an active advocate for my clients, helping them navigate biased healthcare systems and connect with vetted, weight-neutral providers. I believe that individual healing is a radical act of collective liberation, and a portion of every session fee at my practice supports mutual aid via the East Nashville Care Market. Outside the office, I find grounding in nature, seasonal rituals, and movement that feels like joy rather than punishment. I invite you to bring your full identity, your humor, and your values into our therapeutic alliance as we weave a path toward your liberation.
